What is the procedure for Successful ICSI Treatment?
This is a very precise procedure in which first the wife is given injection so that the follicles can develop. Oocytes are then extracted from these developed follicles and are injected with husband’s sperm. In case there is an absence of sperm in semen, then sperm is directly retrieved from the testes. A single sperm is injected into the oocyte and the resultant embryo is then implanted into the uterus.
